Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026What Zerk is
Zerk is an AI-powered CRM for sales teams, currently in early access. It connects to your Google Workspace account to turn meetings and emails into CRM updates, follow-up drafts, and action items — all subject to your approval. By creating an account or using Zerk, you agree to these terms.
Joining the waitlist on this website is not a purchase and does not create a contract — it expresses interest in early access. We don't guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, or pricing.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any Google account you connect to Zerk, and to enter any data you add on behalf of your team.
Your data is yours
You own the data you and your team put into Zerk — leads, contacts, deals, notes, transcripts, and everything synced from your connected accounts. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is covered in the Google API Services section of that policy. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Human approval of outbound email
Zerk drafts follow-up emails; it never sends them on its own. Every outbound message requires your explicit review and approval. You are responsible for the content of emails you approve and send through Zerk.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zerk to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or violate anti-spam laws;
- store or process data you don't have the right to use;
- attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it;
- violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Early access and availability
Zerk is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Zerk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and drafts may contain errors — review them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Zerk and delete your account at any time by contacting support@zerkcrm.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zerk operates.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Zerk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
